How we handle complaints

At Ampol Energy we're committed to receiving and resolving complaints in an accessible and transparent way.

We make the commitment to continual quality improvement by taking into consideration the data provided by an effective complaints management system. We will review complaints on an ongoing basis to identify any potential non-compliance and areas for improvement.

All complaints will be handled in line with our Standard Complaints and Dispute Resolution Policy, which can be accessed here. Please get in touch with our Customer Service Team if you would like us to send you a copy of this policy.

All our Ampol Energy customers have the right to contact the respective Energy and Water Ombudsman in their State at any time for independent advice and assistance about the sale and supply of electricity to their premises.
